English Learner Advisory Committee
The English Language Advisory Committee is a school-level committee of English Learner parents, staff, and community members designated to advise and assist school officials in making important decisions related to services and programs for English learners. Each California public school with 21 or more English learners must form an English Learner Advisory Committee.
Purposes of the ELAC
Silas Bartsch School holds four ELAC meetings annually:
Meeting #1: Wednesday, October 12, 2022: 5:00pm in the Student Center
Meeting #2: Wednesday, January 18, 2023: 5:00pm in the Student Center
Meeting #3: Wednesday, March 18, 2023: 5:00pm in the Student Center
Meeting #4: Wednesday, May 10, 2023: 5:00pm in the Student Center
